  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Domestic USA)
  • International Shipping: Varies by country (typically 7-14 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as holidays, weather, and shipping carrier delays.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery location. The total shipping charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

International orders may incur additional shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) or during weekends may be processed the following business day.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping to ensure successful delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking number or if you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


6. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees, delivery times, and customs regulations may vary depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred during shipping.
