1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

If the product does not meet these conditions, it may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please contact us before returning an item to ensure eligibility.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Opened or used products, including some accessories such as seat covers or floor mats that have been installed

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we are at fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item is received. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipping is not tracked.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot directly process exchanges. If the new item is of equal or greater value, we will charge you for the price difference.
